Located in the Kocaeli Free Zone, AES Yacht operates from a 38,000 m² shipyard dedicated to steel and aluminium yacht construction, large-yacht refit and technical works. The facility combines 15,000 m² of open yard area, 14,000 m² of covered shed space and 3,800 m² of workshops, creating the space and infrastructure required for demanding projects.

Direct sea access, protected production areas and extensive workshop capabilities allow AES Yacht to maintain close control throughout every stage — from structural construction and engineering to outfitting, interior works and final finishing. For owners, this means technical capability, craftsmanship and project coordination brought together under one roof.

AES Yacht’s refit capability supports yachts up to 180 metres, with the infrastructure, technical expertise and coordination required for significant yard periods. Repair, upgrade, maintenance and lifecycle projects are managed with a hands-on approach, supporting owners, captains and management teams throughout the process.

The shipyard’s experience also extends across major works on large yachts and passenger vessels, bringing a practical understanding of the demands involved in operating and maintaining large vessels.
